Shun Forms New Duo T-X, XD’s BE:MIN Holds Fan Meet Amid Controversy

A Tumultuous Return for Shun and XD

The K-Pop world is buzzing with new developments surrounding former TARGET and XD (XEED) member Shun, as well as current XD members. After a tumultuous period, Shun is reportedly gearing up for a new debut, while other members of XD are also making headlines with upcoming activities.

The Initial Allegations and Fallout

Last year, former TARGET and XD (XEED) member Shun was accused of sexual assault.

On November 6, 2025, a 17-year-old cosplayer known as Mone posted a message to her X account, stating that she was “heading to the sky” and asking her fans to visit her funeral. The post, seemingly intended to be a suicide note, thanked everyone for their support. Someone close to the cosplayer revealed Mone’s direct contact with boy group XD, including Shun’s alleged assault.

Shun’s New Duo: T-X

Following the serious allegations, Shun was later removed from the group, though he remained active as a soloist.
Now, it appears he will be making another debut, this time with Boun, a former member of Target as the duo, T-X. Fans are understandably divided on this new venture, given the shadows of past controversies.

XD’s BE:MIN Activities and Bao’s Hiatus

Additionally, XD member Bao was accused of “inappropriate behavior” with Mone, leading him to be placed on hiatus from the group.

In what seems like a surprising turn, BE:MIN, a sub-unit made up of XD’s Bao and Jaemin have also announced new activities, a fan meeting scheduled to take place in August. This announcement has raised questions among fans, especially regarding Bao’s return from hiatus amidst previous accusations.

Legal Status Remains Unclear

Previously, it was mentioned that a legal case was ongoing, and there have been no updates. The lack of information keeps the situation shrouded in uncertainty for fans and the industry alike.

A Complex K-Pop Landscape

These multiple simultaneous updates paint a complex picture for the groups and the individuals involved. As the K-Pop industry continues to navigate such sensitive issues, fans remain watchful for further developments.
