K-pop powerhouse RIIZE has just completed a monumental Japan fan meeting tour, captivating approximately 50,000 devoted fans across six spectacular, sold-out shows, as confirmed by SM Entertainment. The scale of their success underscores RIIZE’s surging popularity and deep connection with their global fanbase.

The “2024 RIIZE FAN-CON ‘RIIZING DAY’ in JAPAN” tour was a resounding triumph, showcasing the group’s undeniable appeal across Japan. Fans flocked from all corners to witness their idols live, making each stop a memorable event.

The tour ran July 10 in Fukuoka, July 15-16 in Tokyo and July 23-24 in Hyogo. All six shows sold out.

With every ticket snatched up, RIIZE demonstrated their powerful presence and the fervent support of their Japanese fanbase, culminating in an impressive attendance of 50,000 people.

Built around a game concept, the fan meetings featured dance and mission challenges as well as talk segments. The group performed “Kill Shot,” the ending theme for the Japanese animated series “Kill Blue,” for the first time, along with “All of You” and “Flashlight” from its second Japanese single.

Fans were particularly thrilled by the live debut of “Kill Shot,” an electrifying performance that perfectly matched the intensity of its role as the ending theme for “Kill Blue.” The setlist also included beloved tracks from their second Japanese single, ensuring a dynamic and unforgettable show for all attendees.

Exclusive Preview of “Sunburst” Ignites Anticipation

Adding to the excitement, RIIZE seized the opportunity to give fans an exclusive sneak peek into their upcoming music, heightening anticipation for their next release.

Riize also previewed “Sunburst,” the house-inflected title track of its third Japanese single, due Aug. 26. The song will be released in advance on global streaming platforms on Monday.
