On July 15th, Lee Se Young posted a photo with the caption, “This time, a cosplay you requested!! Who could it be? The previous winner also confirmed their chicken gift!”
In the revealed photo, Lee Se Young is taking a mirror selfie wearing a cosplay costume that recreates an animated character. The look highlighted a deep unbuttoned shirt style and a form-fitting outfit, emphasizing a voluminous silhouette that caught the eye.
Previously, on the 12th, Lee Se Young also attracted interest by sharing cosplay photos inspired by a popular Japanese manga character.

Her Candid Journey with Plastic Surgery
Lee Se Young has openly shared her plastic surgery experiences through various broadcasts and YouTube channels. She revealed, “I have undergone double eyelid surgery twice, a nose surgery once, and I am currently undergoing dental correction.” In the past, she also confessed to investing about ₩100 million KRW (about $67,300 USD) in various surgeries and procedures like double eyelid surgery, nose surgery, and breast augmentation.
Recently, through her YouTube channel, she released a Q&A video detailing the changes and care methods a year after her breast augmentation surgery. Lee Se Young explained that she ultimately decided on breast surgery because of side effects from a previous breast filler procedure.
She shared, “After the breast filler procedure, the filler migrated down to my ribs, deforming the shape of my breasts,” and added, “Even after removing the filler, I wasn’t satisfied with the shape, so I decided on surgery.”
