The registry explicitly lists the creditor as the government (“National”), with the enforcing authority recorded as the “NTS Samseong District Office,” and the reason for registration clearly stated as the “Tax Collection Division.”
It has been further confirmed that this specific Gimpo apartment is the only property among Kim Sa Rang’s known holdings that has been subjected to seizure by the NTS Samseong District Office. While Kim is also known to own an apartment in the upscale Cheongdam-dong area of Gangnam District, no seizure records have been found for that particular property in the real estate registry.
