The K-pop world recently buzzed with excitement as beloved girl group CLC reunited for a special occasion – their eleventh anniversary! Fans rejoiced at the news, especially with the announcement of a much-anticipated concert in Taipei, Taiwan.
However, leading up to the concert, discussions among Cheshires (CLC’s fandom) were filled with both anticipation and a touch of concern, particularly regarding the performing line-up. It was ultimately revealed that only six members of the group would take the stage, notably without Yujin, who is currently also a prominent member of the popular girl group Kep1er.
Adding to the fan’s disappointment, Yujin was also conspicuously absent from the official promotional images, despite having attended the photo shoot alongside her fellow members.
On July 19, the emotional concert finally took place. The six members delivered a heartfelt performance, though subtle aspects throughout the show made sure to remind everyone that CLC is, and always will be, a seven-member group.

And then, to the delight and surprise of many, Yujin *was* indeed in attendance! The beloved idol made a grand entrance, bringing out a cake on stage after a touching VCR played, creating one of the night’s most unforgettable moments.

During this incredibly emotional segment, Yujin couldn’t hold back her tears, openly crying on stage, embraced by her fellow members in a scene that moved countless fans worldwide.
She wasn’t just a spectator either; fans excitedly spotted her dancing from her seated position during the show. And in a truly heartwarming turn, she thankfully performed with the other members during the encore, giving fans a glimpse of the full group dynamic they’d missed so much.

Despite these touching moments and her unofficial participation, many fans were left with a bittersweet feeling, deeply upset that Yujin was unable to officially join the group for what could be one of their final performances together, especially as member Eunbin has announced her retirement from the industry after this concert series. The situation also sparked numerous questions among fans, wondering how she was able to unofficially be a part of the reunion if her company had previously cited a “conflict” in her schedule for her official absence.
