ALLDAY PROJECT’s Annie Returns After Columbia Graduation

K-Pop fans rejoice! Annie of the popular co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT has officially made her highly anticipated return to group activities. The talented idol re-joined her members after successfully completing her academic journey, graduating from the prestigious Columbia University in the United States.

Annie, who earned her degree this past May, is not only a K-Pop star but also hails from an incredibly prominent family background. She is the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group General Chairwoman Lee Myung-hee and the eldest daughter of Chairwoman Chung Yoo-kyung, adding another layer of remarkable achievement to her profile.

After making her thrilling entertainment debut with ALLDAY PROJECT in June of last year, Annie had initially taken a temporary leave of absence from her studies to focus on her idol career. However, demonstrating incredible dedication and discipline, she masterfully utilized the group’s hiatus during the first half of this year to complete her remaining coursework and earn her well-deserved degree. Majoring in Art History and Visual Arts, Annie had previously captivated fans by sharing glimpses of her daily study routine through communication platforms throughout her demanding college life, showcasing her passion beyond the stage.

Her academic journey now complete, Annie made her official announcement of return on July 25. Fans eagerly watched as she graced the red carpet at the ‘KMA (KM Chart Awards) 2026,’ held at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, signaling a new chapter for both Annie and ALLDAY PROJECT.
