Subunits and upcoming debut
idntt has not officially debuted yet, but the project has been rolling out subunits. The most recent subunit, itsnot5ver, is set to debut on July 13. That subgroup currently consists of five members and appears to be one of the last subunits revealed.
Cho Eunchan goes viral over resurfaced clip
One member, Cho Eunchan, has drawn attention online after a screenshot and short clip from his older social media resurfaced following his introduction of the group’s X account. Eunchan is also known for appearing on the survival show Debut Plan, where he did not advance past the survival round.
A screenshot from Eunchan’s old profile—apparently taken from a longer video—showed the caption, “The story about a Hong Kong man who sent me expensive gifts and naked pics to get me to date him, part 2.” A netizen then shared part of the actual video in which Eunchan describes the interaction.
What Eunchan described
- Eunchan said he set a boundary with the man, telling him, “If you keep acting like this, I can’t keep chatting with you.”
- The man apologized and asked to date him or at least keep talking, even offering $100 a month to be in a relationship or to exchange “videos.”
- Eunchan says he turned the man down and threatened to block him; the man then threatened to drown himself, later blocking Eunchan and canceling all previously sent gifts.
